Frequently asked questions

Projects

How long does a typical design project take at Tilipman Digital?

Our projects vary in duration based on complexity, client requirements, and time until feedback is provided. Typically, a  website can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to be taken from initiation to launch phase, however we also had a pleasure of working on projects that didn't see the light of day for over 3 months. We'll provide a more specific timeline once we understand your needs.

Can Tilipman Digital handle Webflow based web apps, or specialized website functionalities?

Absolutely! We have experience in designing and developing a variety of web projects, including webflow based softwares (SaaS), portfolios, blogs, CRMs, and more. Whatever your requirement, we're here to help.

Investment

Do you offer packages, or are the projects quoted per individually?

While each project is individual, we do understand that there is a number of agencies operating in a productized service business model, hence offering a transparent pricing model compared to traditional agencies. For that reason we give options from project based quotation to sprint based retainers.

What if we're still unhappy with the work at the end?

If you’re still unhappy with the work at the end, we’ll continue to revise the design until you’re happy with the end result.

How do you go around pricing maintenance?

The cost of maintenance depends purely on the time your project requires. We start pricing maintenance based on 10h/mo.

What is the average cost of a website in 2024?

While it is incredibly simple to say "it depends," it really does depend on the features required, design complexity, etc. Generally, in 2024, the investments required for for a basic website start anywhere from $5000, and can reach a whopping $100,000+. While it is best to discuss specific needs for a tailored estimate, we don't go anywhere near the upper tier of pricing.

What financing options do you offer if any?

Short answer is Yes. We do our best to support our clients enough so they can call us partners instead of vendors. We offer payment options such as:

  • Phase based pricing — Ideal for those who need to spread their expenses in the span of the project duration, be it 4 weeks, or 4 months.
  • 100% up front — Ideal for those who need to boost expenses on their balance sheets for their stakeholders.
  • 50 / 50 — Ideal for those who are ready to make a commitment.

Support

How do you go around handing over the websites you build?

Once the project is completed, and we receive the green light from your team, we launch the project. The moment it is launched, you get a month worth of maintenance (it's on us). In the period of maintenance, we conclude creating a documentation and all training materials needed for your team to take over. If needed, we offer a training session for clients to familiarize them with the website's backend

Our site broke post-launch. How do we reach out?

Let's face it. Emails are messy. Messages oftentimes get lost in spam, and if our team was somewhat like the team from "The Office", they would likely end up in the trash bin. That is why, the absolute best way to contact us is through our Slack channel.
