Morphoses
EdTech Platform Empowering Kids with Future-Ready Soft Skills
From WordPress to a Motion-Rich Webflow Experience
Morphoses helps young learners (ages 6–17) build essential soft skills to prepare for life beyond the classroom. After securing €2.1M in pre-seed funding, they needed a modern platform that could support their momentum—and leave behind the limitations of WordPress.
Their primary goal: Migrate fast to Webflow — with custom animation, multilingual support, and scalable performance baked in.
The brand was going through a redesign, and the new homepage—featuring scrolljacking, animated SVGs, and Lottie-based storytelling—was far too complex to build and maintain efficiently in WordPress. Webflow offered the flexibility and control they needed to bring the new vision to life while keeping performance and maintainability in check.
We came in to lead the migration and rebuild, beginning with the homepage and eventually expanding to critical conversion pages.

Challenges: Scrolljacking, Design Gaps, and Performance
The homepage featured animation-heavy components: scroll-synced SVGs, GSAP triggers, and Lottie sequences. None of it was feasible to maintain in WordPress long term. Migrating to Webflow gave us the control to rebuild these experiences in a more efficient, modular way.
Key challenges:
- Rebuild motion-rich sections without sacrificing speed
- Handle multilingual support for Greek and English audiences
- Translate partially defined design specs into clean, scalable components
- Preserve technical SEO during the migration

Our Approach
Performance-First Development
- Built custom animations using GSAP and ScrollTrigger
- Integrated Lottie files with lazy loading for smooth playback
- Rebuilt scroll-driven sections with cleaner logic and reduced complexity
- Addressed design gaps for consistent branding across all viewports
SEO & Localization
We managed all technical SEO tasks in-house and implemented Webflow’s localization system to support Greek and English markets:
- Preserved original URLs and on-page SEO structure
- Set up internal linking and dynamic sitemaps
- Tuned performance to boost Core Web Vitals
- Integrated language switching and locale-based routing
Phase 1: Homepage Rebuild & Site Migration
We started by migrating the core pages from WordPress to Webflow. The homepage required a full revamp as the design was changed. It featured a range of from complex SVG animations to scroll triggered interactions—all powered by GSAP, Lottie, and Webflow’s native capabilities.
We also set up Webflow Localization, ensuring that content was served correctly in both Greek and English.

Phase 2: Use Case Page Revamp
Once the homepage launched, the scope expanded. Morphoses wanted to upgrade their high-intent use case pages—"Explore as a Parent," "Business," "School," and "Tutor."
We:
- Rebuilt all four pages with modular, scalable Webflow components
- Restructured content for clarity and higher conversions
- Streamlined layouts for mobile and desktop responsiveness
- Reduced load times and improved content hierarchy
Feedback from the Client

Kimon Tousmanof
We’ve had tons of positive feedback on the design and overall smoothness of the site. My favorite part? The floating navigation and how the animations unfold on role-specific pages—especially the slide-up effects in sections like ‘Wondering how we do it.’ Communication was smooth throughout, and once the project was fully taken over, everything moved forward without a hitch.
The Result
The new Morphoses site is high-performing, scalable, and far easier to maintain. The animation-heavy homepage runs smoothly across devices, powered by GSAP and Lottie without dragging down performance.
With a stronger technical SEO foundation, Core Web Vitals improved significantly, internal linking was streamlined, and multilingual support now ensures a consistent experience for both Greek and international users.
Most importantly, the site is built to grow—ready to support new content, new features, and new markets.
