PortPro
How PortPro’s Marketing Team Regained Control of Their Website
The Challenge: Empowering Marketing to Move Faster
When PortPro’s new Head of Marketing, Madeleine, joined, she needed to move faster. The brand had evolved, but every website change required developer help. Campaigns slowed down, updates took time, and the site didn’t fully reflect PortPro’s new direction.
The goal: make the site easy to manage, bring the updated brand online, and support faster marketing execution.

Our Solution: Building for Speed, Control, and Scalability
As opposed to our usual builds, we rebuilt the website in Framer, giving marketing full control. We launched the refreshed brand, improved layouts, and optimized the desktop experience for PortPro’s B2B buyers.
The new setup made it simple to launch pages, update messaging, and roll out campaigns. Overall it helped PortPro speed up their GTM.
To make it happen, we used all the strong sides of Framer outlined in our Framer vs Webflow guide.

The Process: From Audit to Launch
We began by auditing the old site’s structure, identifying technical bottlenecks and CMS pain points that limited marketing autonomy.
From there, we:
- Mapped key marketing workflows — identifying which updates needed to be self-serve.
- Rebuilt reusable components in Framer, allowing quick duplication of pages without code.
- Integrated analytics and SEO tools for full visibility into campaign performance.
- Optimized for clarity and performance — ensuring the new site loaded faster and provided a consistent experience for decision-makers.
Within weeks, PortPro’s marketing team could independently update content, launch new campaigns, and manage the site without relying on developers.
The Technical Setup: Clean CMS & Lead Capture
PortPro’s previous CMS made updates slow and dependent on developers.
We rebuilt the site structure in Framer, replacing the old CMS with a cleaner setup that marketing could manage independently.
One key challenge was styling HubSpot forms, which were pulled directly from HubSPot. Similarly to what we commonly do with Webflow integrations, we used Framer forms and bridged them to HubSpot through Zapier. Essentially the goal was to:
- Capture and route form submissions to HubSpot automatically
- Apply custom styling directly in Framer for a seamless on-brand look
- Keep the setup flexible for future form variations and campaigns

The Outcome: A Site That Matches the Pace of Marketing
The site now runs smoothly, performs well on desktop, and reflects the company’s renewed identity.
While traffic remained steady, the value came from efficiency:
- Faster campaign launches
- Fewer bottlenecks
- Consistent brand experience across pages
Marketing can now execute on its own schedule, turning the website into a reliable growth tool.
Feedback from the Client

Madeleine Work
Unlike other agencies I've worked with, I never have to chase them down or wait weeks for changes. When we need something done, they hop to it immediately. It's hard to believe we're not their only client. Because of their quick turnarounds, we're able to launch campaigns on time, push new pages live when we need them, and ultimately drive pipeline faster.
